We are still in the process of implementing JiffyRPA and as a first step, attended a training program by Option3. The success rate is still to be seen but from what we saw from the training, JiffyRPA is quite powerful in automating mechanical tasks and also tasks requiring some decision making. At the beginning was a bit confusing because there are many products to be used in order to implement a bot action. one of the app is a desktop application and has to remote desktop to the server itself to setup. What truly made an impression to us is that Option3's customer engagement is spot on. Nary have they missed any important deadline and my emails and texts are responded to in a timely fashion. While I believe their product may not be the absolute best in the market, I'm happy that they are willing to listen to feedback and take the effort to improve it.
